Exploring Tulsa's Local Breweries and Cider Spots This Fall | Solid Rock Realtors

If you enjoy beer, cider, and other alcoholic beverages, Tulsa has a variety of breweries that create and pour unique flavors to suit a wide range of tastes. This fall, our real estate agents recommend stopping by the following local breweries.

Exploring Tulsa's Local Breweries and Cider Spots This Fall

Cabin Boys Brewery

Address: 1717 E. 7th St., Tulsa, OK 74104

Located in the historic Kendall Whittier District and near Tulsa homes for saleCabin Boys Brewery puts its own spin on handcrafted ales. Whether you prefer a brew that's refreshingly crisp or one that's complex and heavy-bodied - or both - you'll find plenty of reasons to make a return visit. They also rotate beers throughout the year, including a Kolsch for Oktoberfest

Eerie Abbey Ales

Address: 507 South Main St., Tulsa, OK 74103

Eerie Abbey Ales specializes in Belgian beers but also brews other types. If you've never tried Belgian-style beers, they have a unique flavor and taste because of the yeast that's used in the fermenting process. This gives the lighter beers a bready, almost bubblegum taste, and you'll find notes of toffee and dark fruits like plum and raisin in darker Belgian brews. The following are a few customer favorites at the brewery.

  • Bradford Saint Eerie - a traditional triple with a hint of lemon
  • Saint Bavo Brune - a brown ale with smooth esters at the beginning and a toasted, dark-fruit finish
  • Lil Litch - a nut brown ale made with English toffee

American Solera

Address: 1702 East 6th St., Tulsa, OK 74104

You'll find American Solera in a historic building over 100 years old, thoughtfully renovated by the owners to retain many of its original elements. It has thousands of window frames original to the building, and much of the concrete is also original to its history as two different manufacturers over the years. And with 16 beer taps, bottles, wines, cider, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks available, you'll have plenty of tasty, refreshing drinks to try. Some of the brewery's most popular options include:

  • Solero - a golden pilsner
  • Pineapple Especial - golden pilsner with pineapple
  • Austin Eastciders - dry hard cider

NEFF Brewing

Address: 321 S. Frankfort Ave., Tulsa, OK 74120

If you're following a gluten-free diet, you probably think being able to enjoy high-quality beer is a thing of the past. The owner of NEFF Brewing was also in this situation after he was diagnosed with celiac disease. After much trial and error, he created an array of delicious gluten-free beers that everyone - even drinkers of "regular" beer - could enjoy. Try the following popular fall-focused brews when you stop by.

  • Astronaut Cookies Oatmeal Stout - with roasted coffee flavors and aromas and a toasted oatmeal base
  • Mars Zen - brewed with artisanal malts and German Hallertau Hops to create a mildly sweet malt flavor

Marshall Brewing Company

Address: 1742 E. 6th St, Tulsa, OK 74104

In its nearly 12 years of brewing beer, Marshall Brewing Company has built a loyal local following and is continuing to grow. Located just outside the downtown area, the brewery's taproom offers 22 taps, two LUKR side pulls, and two beer engines with cask beer, plus wine, cider, and non-alcoholic drinks. On a nice fall day, their family-friendly, dog-friendly outdoor biergarten is the place to be!

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these Tulsa breweries family-friendly?

Many of them are. Marshall Brewing Company's outdoor biergarten is both family-friendly and dog-friendly, making it a great option for an easy fall outing. Policies can vary by location and event, though, so it's a good idea to check with each brewery directly if you're planning to bring the kids along.

Can I find gluten-free beer options in Tulsa?

Yes. NEFF Brewing specializes in gluten-free beer, offering options like the Astronaut Cookies Oatmeal Stout and Mars Zen for drinkers who need to avoid gluten without sacrificing flavor. It's a great stop for anyone with celiac disease or a gluten sensitivity who still wants to enjoy a night out at a brewery.

Do any of these breweries serve cider or non-alcoholic drinks?

Several do. American Solera pours Austin Eastciders alongside its beer, wine, and cocktail selection, and Marshall Brewing Company also offers cider and non-alcoholic drinks in addition to its 22 beer taps. So even if beer isn't your first choice, there's usually something on the menu for you.
